Saint Joseph

Joseph was a carpenter in Nazareth who loved God. When an angel told him in a dream that Mary’s baby was God’s Son, Joseph took Mary as his wife and looked after them both. He took them safely to Egypt when baby Jesus was in danger, and he taught Jesus how to work with wood. Joseph does not say a single word in the Bible, but he listened to God and did what God asked.

Did you know? Saint Joseph is the patron of fathers, of workers and of the whole Church.
